I'm sure you heard the story of our friend Don and his car accident. Women turned an illegal left in front of him in Harrisburg, totaled his Explorer. He was injured, but ok. His facebook status the other week... "She was Convicted on all 3 charges, plus the Harrisburg Police added 3 other charges and she was convicted on a total of 6 charges (IT DOES NOT PAY TO DRINK AND DRIVE) Please don't !!!!!!" So, obviously this women was drunk, and destroyed Don's car and took him off work for a few weeks and was convicted on 6 charges. That girl in that Penn Live story does the exact same thing... only not drunk, just a crappy new driver and barely gets a slap on the wrist. Doesn't seem right. Something doesn't add up.
